In 2018, Human Point undertook the implementation of services that included real estate research/development & new business development, architectural design and total renovation construction works of a 3-storey, stone building situated in the historical center of Ermoupolis in Syros Island.

The proposal was set out by the conclusions of the respective business plan and feasibility study. A 3 storey space was created suitable to host the services of a Boutique Hotel with 5 luxury suites.
The development of the asset and of the new business proposition, the architectural study and the fine, accurate and extremely fast execution of the project contributed into a 35% goodwill for the business, thus, a return on investment of more than 15% by increasing at the same time the awareness of the “touristic” product.

Το 2018 η Human Point ανέλαβε τις υπηρεσίες real estate research/development & new business development, την μελέτη και την κατασκευή ριζικής ανακαίνισης ενός 3όροφου πέτρινου κτηρίου στον ιστορικό οικισμό της Ερμούπολης Σύρου.

Η πρόταση καθορίστηκε από τα συμπεράσματα της οικονομοτεχνικής ανάλυσης και του επιχειρηματικού σχεδίου.
Διαμορφώθηκε ένας 3όροφος χώρος που να μπορεί να υποδεχτεί την λειτουργία ενός Boutique Hotel με 5 σουίτες υψηλότατων προδιαγραφών.
Η ανάπτυξη του ακινήτου και της νέας επιχείρησης, η αρχιτεκτονική μελέτη, η άρτια και ταχύτατη υλοποίηση συνέβαλαν ώστε η επιχειρηματική επένδυση να πετύχει υπεραξία 35%, απόδοση που να ξεπερνάει το 15%, αλλά και αναγνωρισιμότητα του τουριστικού προϊόντος.
