"Dos Margaritas" pizza & cocktails by Studio Nonpareil in Thessaloniki, Greece

Studio Nonpareil created “Dos Margaritas”, a culinary destination with an innovative gastronomic concept that combines pizzas and cocktails, in the heart of Thessaloniki. Aquarelle marble, handcrafted tiles, revived terrazzo floors and colored plaster, are combined in a minimal way, creating an aesthetic character.
The design aimed a “a friendly yet effortlessly “cool” ambiance.” as the architects state.

Nestled in the heart of Thessaloniki’s urban landscape, this innovative gastronomic concept celebrates the perfect union of pizzas and cocktails. Situated in a quaint neighborhood, the venue’s proximity to the waterfront offers a serene backdrop, setting the stage for a culinary destination.

The visionary concept merges two distinct pleasures – delectable pizzas and tantalizing cocktails – in a symbiotic embrace.

The architectural narrative revolves around optimizing a confined space without compromising on design finesse, opting for a friendly yet effortlessly “cool” ambiance.

Minimalism reigns supreme here, where every design element plays a purposeful role. Clean lines and an absence of decorative clutter amplify the allure of the space. The meticulous selection and artful fusion of materials dominates the ambiance. Vivid aquarelle marble, handcrafted tiles, revived terrazzo floors and colored plaster create a visually dynamic environment.

The metal-framed, fluted glass partition, demarcating the food preparation domain while allowing glimpses of the culinary alchemy within.

This open layout invites patrons to engage with the experience on a more profound level.

With its inviting yet sophisticated aura, it promises to become an indelible part of Thessaloniki’s culinary tapestry, a destination where pizzas and cocktails weave a story of delectable delights and urban allure.
