Lilian van Daal, a Dutch designer, presents a whole new approach to soft seating, introducing a 3d-printed chair made by a plastic material that immitates the plant cell structure of the natural world. As van Daal explains, the traditional furniture methods are expensive and eco-unfriendly due to the fact that production factories use plenty of materials, while this new 3d-printed one avoids all this waste by using only one.
