Η προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια είναι σημαντική – η οπτική και χωρική αισθητική, η αφή, το ισορροπημένο φως και η ακουστική παίζουν ζωτικό ρόλο στη δημιουργία ενός χώρου που λειτουργεί για την προβλεπόμενη χρήση του και προσφέρει άνετα συναισθήματα. Το παιχνίδι του φωτός και του ήχου είναι αυτό που ζωντανεύει ένα χώρο, καθώς και τη σχέση του με άλλους χώρους μέσα σε ένα κτίριο.

Μέσα στην αρχιτεκτονική, κάθε δομημένος χώρος μπορεί να τροποποιήσει, να τοποθετήσει, να αντανακλά ή να αντηχεί τους ήχους που εμφανίζονται εκεί. Ο ήχος αγκαλιάζει και υπερβαίνει τους χώρους στους οποίους εμφανίζεται, ανοίγοντας ένα ολοκληρωμένο περιβάλλον για τον ακροατή: η ακουστική πηγή και ο περιβάλλων χώρος περίχωρά της, ενώνουν σε μια μοναδική ακουστική εμπειρία.

Σε έναν κόσμο που αλλάζει, αλλάζουν και οι χώροι. Νέοι πύργοι αναγείρονται στον αστικό ορίζοντα. Οι χώροι φιλοξενίας εστιάζονται στην ιδιωτικότητα, την απομόνωση, το slow living σε αρμονία με τη φύση και την πολυτέλεια. Το future of work απελευθερώνει την εργασία από οποιοδήποτε σημείο του κόσμου, αλλάζοντας τη δομή των γραφείων και τη λογική των κύριων αλλά και leisure κατοικιών.

Στην Ελλάδα, η εταιρεία Knauf έχει συνδέσει το όνομά της με την πρωτοπορία στη βιομηχανία παραγωγής συστημάτων δόμησης με γυψοσανίδες και τσιμεντοσανίδες, έτοιμων σοβάδων, υλικών μονώσεων, υλικών αρμολόγησης και επεξεργασίας επιφανειών. Με ιδιαίτερη εξειδίκευση στον ακουστικό σχεδιασμό, αποτελεί την πρώτη προτίμηση κορυφαίων αρχιτεκτόνων και κατασκευαστών για την ακουστική άνεση των σύγχρονων κτιρίων. Σε αυτό το πλαίσιο, πραγματοποιεί το event “Sound Matters”, την επιμέλεια του οποίου έχει αναθέσει στην Design Ambassador, σε στρατηγική συνεργασία με το Archisearch.gr. Στο “Sound Matters” αρχιτέκτονες και σύμβουλοι ήχου συζητούν για τη φύση του ήχου στην αρχιτεκτονική, τα αρχιτεκτονικά ζητούμενα της νέας εποχής και τη σχέση τους με τον ήχο, τη λειτουργία και το νέο ρόλο του ήχου, σε κάθε κτίριο και με κάθε τρόπο που αγγίζει τη ζωή μας.

Attention to detail is important – visual and spatial aesthetics, touch, balanced light and acoustics play a vital role in creating a space that functions according to its intended use and offers comfortable emotions. The game of light and sound is what animates a space, as well as its relationship to other spaces within a building.

Within architecture, any structured space can modify, position, reflect or resonate the sounds that appear there. The sound embraces and transcends the spaces in which it appears, opening a complete environment for the listener: the acoustic source and the surrounding space unite in a unique acoustic experience.In a world that is changing, so are buildings. New towers are being erected on the urban horizon. The hospitality infrastructures focus on privacy, seclusion, slow living in harmony with nature and luxury. The future of work enables working from anywhere in the world, modifying the structure of offices and the logic of the main and leisure homes.

During the event, architects and sound consultants discuss the nature of sound in architecture, the architectural issues of the new era and their relationship with sound, the function and the new role of sound, in every building and in every way that touches our lives.
