This is not just a renovation, it’s a revolution in how we inhabit and perceive the workspace. Here, walls don’t enclose, they inspire. I-ARCHITECTURE redefining the office through brick and transform it into a dynamic ecosystem where light, texture, and material interact to create a fluid and stimulating environment.

Brick, a timeless material, is reinvented through a system of bonds that break away from the rigidity of conventional architecture.

These walls don’t just define space they suggest it. Perforated brick patterns filter the light, creating shifting transparencies as one moves through the space.

Surfaces play with emptiness and density, forming patterns that turn every perspective into a unique experience.

Here, boundaries dissolve, and the office becomes a living organism. Open spaces coexist with areas for introspection, and collaborative zones emerge among walls that, rather than divide, connect. Every texture and shadow tells a story of creativity, innovation, and motion.

This project is more than a renovation — it’s a new way of understanding work, where architecture doesn’t just meet functional needs but actively inspires them.

A place where materials have a voice, and where every wall, every filter of light, and every spatial transition invites discovery, reflection, and creation. The design of the “Oficinas Enbi” project in Bilbao reflects the core values of the company, which specializes in the construction and innovation sectors.

These principles are clearly embodied in the construction solutions adopted. The use of hollow ceramic brick laid in various patterns and textures allows for the regulation of natural light according to each space’s privacy needs, creating striking plays of light and shadow on the surfaces.

This technique not only meets the functional requirements of the space but also adds aesthetic value to the project. The spatial organization was conceived to maximize the use of natural light, a vital resource for creating an efficient and healthy work environment.

The layout places the most private areas at the core of the floor plan, while common areas and open workspaces are oriented toward sources of natural light, effectively resolving the space’s elongated geometry. In addition, large glazed surfaces at strategic points allow light to flow from the façades into the interior, enhancing brightness and the environmental quality of all spaces.

Although “Enbi´s headquarters” is a recent project, its design, integrating innovation and sustainability, aligns with the company’s values, promising a positive impact on both the work experience and the users’ perception of the space.
