For seventh year in a row, Saint-Gobain has been awarded the “Top Employer Globalcertification by the Top Employers Institute, based on an audit covering more than 400 working condition practices, in particular, the HR and career development processes. The Group is one of the 11 companies worldwide to have received this label. This year, Saint-Gobain stood out, in particular, for all the aspects that unite its employees and bring them closer together thus creating a sense of belonging within the organization, namely its values, ethics and integrity. The good performance in terms of company strategy, leadership and recruitment strategy were also much appreciated.

The Top Employer Global 2022 label was awarded to Saint-Gobain with 38 countries now certified, two more than in 2021, with Egypt and Vietnam having been labeled for the first time: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, the United States and Vietnam.
