Ανοιχτό κάλεσμα συμμετοχών για το Διεθνές Συνέδριο Αρχιτετκονικής “Moντέρνα Αρχιτεκτονική Κληρονομιά στην Μεσόγειο: Κοινός Τόπος και Παράλληλες Ιστορίες”, που θα πραγματοποιηθεί στο Κέντρο Αρχιτεκτονικής Μεσογείου (CAM) στα Χανιά, 12-13 Οκτωβρίου 2024.
Η Ένωση Αρχιτεκτόνων της Μεσογείου (Union of Mediterranean Architects – UMAR), σε συνεργασία με τον Σύλλογο Αρχιτεκτόνων Διπλωματούχων Ανωτάτων Σχολών – Πανελλήνια Ένωση Αρχιτεκτόνων (ΣΑΔΑΣ-ΠΕΑ), το Κέντρο Αρχιτεκτονικής Μεσογείου (CAM), τη Σχολή Αρχιτεκτόνων Μηχανικών του Πολυτεχνείου Κρήτης, Το Ερευνητικό Εργαστήριο CRISIS του Τμήματος Αρχιτεκτόνων του Πανεπιστημίου Ιωαννίνων και το Ελληνικό Τμήμα της UIA, διοργανώνουν το Συνέδριο Modern Architectural Heritage of the Mediterranean: Common Grounds – Parallel Stories.
Το συνέδριο θα πραγματοποιηθεί στα Χανιά στις 12-13 Οκτωβρίου 2024 στο Κέντρο Αρχιτεκτονικής Μεσογείου και διοργανώνεται στο πλαίσιο των εορτασμών των 30 χρόνων της UMAR.
Ερευνητές, ακαδημαϊκοί και επαγγελματίες αρχιτέκτονες προσκαλούνται να συμμετέχουν υποβάλλοντας πρόταση (περίληψη έως 400 λέξεις) ως προς τις προτεινόμενες θεματικές.

Open Call for the International Architecture Conference “Modern Architectural Heritage of the Mediterranean: Common Grounds – Parallel Stories, International Architecture Conference”, taking place at the Center for Mediterranean Architecture in Chania, 12-13 of October 2024.
The Union of Mediterranean Architects UMAR – Union of Mediterranean Architects – Architectes de la Méditerranée, in collaboration with the Association of Greek Architects (SADAS-PEA) ΣΑΔΑΣ – ΠΕΑ, the Center for Mediterranean Architecture (CAM) Κέντρο Αρχιτεκτονικής της Μεσογείου, the School of Architecture of the Technical University of Crete (TU Crete School of Architecture) Σχολή Αρχιτεκτόνων Μηχανικών Πολ Κρήτης / School of Architecture ΤU Crete /, CRISIS research lab of the Department of Architecture of the University of Ioannina (UoI CRISIS Lab) arch.uoi, and the Greek Section of the International Union of Architects (UIA Ελληνικό Τμήμα της Διεθνούς Ένωσης Αρχιτεκτόνων), are launching the project Modern Architectural Heritage of the Mediterranean: Common Grounds – Parallel Stories.
The conference will take place at the Center for Mediterranean Architecture (CAM) in Chania, for the celebration of 30 years of UMAR.
Researchers and practitioners are invited to submit papers for the Conference that will take place in Crete, Greece on October 12–13 2024
