Η έκθεση «(dis) locations n’ (dis) positions: here n’ there», πραγματοποιείται στο Μέγαρο Ησαΐα, Πατησίων 65 & Ιουλιανού, Αθήνα, στο διάστημα 29 Ιουνίου – 3 Ιουλίου, σε επιμέλεια Εύας Κέκου. Στην έκθεση συμμετέχουν οι καλλιτέχνες: Χλόη Ακριθάκη, Χριστόφορος Δουλγέρης, Δημήτρης Κοντοδήμος, Μάρι Μασουρίδου, Γιώργος Παλάμαρης, Άρτεμις Ποταμιάνου, Αντώνης Τσούλος. Η έκθεση πραγματοποιείται στο πλαίσιο του Back to Athens International Art Meeting 2022.
Η έκθεση αυτή απευθύνει ερωτήματα μας νεο ου-«τοπικής συνθήκης». Της συνθήκης δηλαδή όπου τόσο το γενικό όσο και το ειδικό, το «εκτός» και το «εντός» συντίθενται και (ανα)- συντίθενται σε ένα περιβάλλον συνεχούς διαπραγμάτευσης και επανατοποθέτησης.
Οι ετεροτοπίες θα έλεγε κανείς ότι είναι κόσμοι εντός κόσμων.
Αυτό φιλοδοξεί να δημιουργήσει και η συγκεκριμένη έκθεση με τη μορφή ενός «κήπου» με την εικαστική του διάσταση εδώ, όπου δηλαδή το εξωτερικό τοπίο, οι έννοιες μετακινούνται και αντανακλούν αισθητικά το εσωτερικό ενός «σπιτιού», ενός «οικοδομήματος» με όλο το φιλοσοφικό προβληματισμό που εμπεριέχει. Με ένα τρόπο δηλαδή μία ετεροτοπία εντός της οποίας αντιπαραβάλλονται διάφοροι χρόνοι και χώροι, ίχνη διαφορετικών ανθρώπων και λέγονται διαφορετικές ιστορίες.

The art exhibition «(dis) locations n’ (dis) positions: here n’ there», is taking place at the Isaiah Mansion, Athens, from 29 June – 3 July, curated by Eva Kekou. Participants artists: Chloe Akrithaki, Christophoros Doulgeris, Dimitris Kontodimos, Mari Masouridou, Giorgos Palamaris, Artemis Potamianou, Antonis Tsoulos. The exhibition is taking place as a part of the Back to Athens International Art Meeting 2022.
This show addresses questions of a new non-«local condition»: i.e. The condition where both the generic and the particular, the «inside and outside» are composed and (re)composed / aggregated and (re)formulated in an environment of constant negotiation and relocation.
Heterotopias, one might sustain, are worlds within worlds.
This is what the current show aspires to create, in the form of a «garden» through its visual dimension, where the notions transcend and reflect the interior of a «house», a «structure», onto an external landscape; in a way of a heterotopia, that is, where various times and spaces, traces of different people and narratives of various stories, are juxtaposed.
