In the context of the 6th year anniversary of Archisearch.gr, an upcoming collaboration was announced: in 2018, Archisearch and DEMAND SA will bring to Greece, for the first time, the Architecture and Design Film Festival, which has been successfully organized for 8 years in New York and is currently developing in several states of America and abroad.
The guests of the event had the chance to get a taste of the festival, since three short films were screened:

A short documentary film exploring the planning, design, construction and opening of the Arcus Center for Social Justice Leadership at Kalamazoo College. Jeanne Gang, founder of Studio Gang Architects, explains how her design was intended to bring human rights issues into public consciousness.
Στο πλαίσιο των εορτασμών για τα 6 χρόνια παρουσίας του Archisearch.gr, που πραγματοποιήθηκε το απόγευμα της 3ης Ιουλίου στον εκθεσιακό χώρο της Kanelli SA στον Πειραιά, ανακοινώθηκε και μια επερχόμενη συνεργασία: το 2018 το Archisearch και η εταιρεία DEMAND SA θα φέρουν στην Ελλάδα, για πρώτη φορά, το Architecture and Design Film Festival, το οποίο διοργανώνεται ήδη με επιτυχία εδώ και 8 χρόνια στη Νέα Υόρκη και αναπτύσσεται αυτήν τη στιγμή σε αρκετές πολιτείες της Αμερικής, αλλά και στο εξωτερικό.
Οι καλεσμένοι της εκδήλωσης είχαν την ευκαιρία να πάρουν μια γεύση από το φεστιβάλ, αφού στο χώρο προβλήθηκαν 3 ταινίες μικρού μήκους:

Τοποθετημένο σε μία αδιευκρίνιστη εποχή και τοποθεσία, με “πινελιές” της δεκαετίας του ’60 και των σχεδίων και ιδεών της “μηχανής” του Le Corbusier, η ηρωίδα, μία διαστημική ταξιδιώτισσα, καταφτάνει σε ένα άγνωστο μέρος.
