MALVI is an award winning multidisciplinary architecture & design studio, based in Thessaloniki, Greece. It focuses on the four major aspects of Design: Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design and Communication Design. Each project varies widely in both scale and subject, from large infrastructures, to small-scale interiors and industrial design.
The studio reached an international audience in 2010, when it presented a 50-foot eco-sustainable fiberglass cruising catamaran. The project, Marvin the Martian, attracted the interest of renowned shipyards during the Monaco Yacht Show and received acclaim by media from all-over the world. In 2013 their work on Embryo Clinic, a hi-tech Assisted Reproduction Unit in Thessaloniki was honoured with the Global Excellence Award by the International Interior Design Association (IIDA), as the best Healthcare project, while it also received a Special Mention at Architizer’s A+ Awards in the Health and Wellness category, among thousands of participations.
MALVI’s works have been featured on numerous national and international magazines, periodicals, architecture volumes and various publications.
