Στις προηγούμενες εταιρείες του τελευταίου περιλαμβάνονται η πρώτη στον κόσμο κοινοπραξία μάρκετινγκ μπουτίκ ξενοδοχείων.

Ο Κωστής Καρατζάς είναι επιχειρηματίας με ακαδημαϊκό υπόβαθρο στην μηχανική και τον σχεδιασμό. Έχει δημιουργήσει brands, ομάδες και projects σε ποικίλους τομείς, με κοινή όμως φιλοσοφία και βάση. Είναι ιδρυτής των lifestyle brands φιλοξενίας The Modernist και Elliot, δημιουργός του The Greek Foundation, καθώς και συνεργάτης των Ergon Foods και Outlier Hospitality. Παράλληλα, συμμετέχει ενεργά σε διάφορα άλλα projects στην Ελλάδα και το εξωτερικό.
Eva Papadaki | Founder 10AM LOFTS
Η Εύα Παπαδάκη είναι η ιδρύτρια της 10AM Artists Management, ενός δημιουργικού γραφείου με έδρα την Αθήνα, το οποίο εξειδικεύεται στην εκπροσώπηση ταλέντων και την οπτική παραγωγή. Κατάγεται από την Κρήτη και ξεκίνησε το ταξίδι της με μια βαθιά αγάπη για τη μόδα και την αισθητική, αποκτώντας στη συνέχεια εμπειρία στη δημιουργική σκηνή του Λονδίνου.
Το 2012, εν μέσω της οικονομικής κρίσης στην Ελλάδα, ίδρυσε την 10AM, επιλέγοντας να παραμείνει και να δημιουργήσει κάτι δικό της. Σήμερα συνεχίζει να διευθύνει το γραφείο μαζί με μια δεμένη ομάδα, συνεργαζόμενη σε πρότζεκτ υψηλής αισθητικής στον χώρο της μόδας και της δημιουργίας, στην Ελλάδα και διεθνώς.
Dimitris Karampatakis | Founding Partner, K-Studio
O Δημήτρης Καραμπατάκης έχει συνιδρύσει και διευθύνει το γραφείο αρχιτεκτονικής και σχεδιασμού K-Studio. Σπούδασε στην Bartlett School of Architecture ενώ μετά την ολοκλήρωση των σπουδών του μετακόμισε στην Αθήνα και ξεκίνησε μαζί με τον αδερφό του το K-studio.
Το γραφείο διακρίνεται για μια προσέγγιση της αρχιτεκτονικής βασισμένη στο πλαίσιο (context) η οποία εστιάζει στην μεγιστοποίηση της απόλαυσης του χρήστη.

Kostis Karatzas is an entrepreneur with an academic background in engineering and design. He has been building brands, teams and projects in diverse fields, but on common ground. He is the founder of lifestyle hospitality brands The Modernist and Elliot, creator of The Greek Foundation, partner at Ergon Foods and Outlier Hospitality. He is also actively involved in various other projects in Greece and abroad.
Eva Papadaki | Founder 10AM LOFTS
Eva Papadaki is the founder of 10AM Artists Management, a creative agency based in Athens focused on talent representation and visual production. Originally from Crete, Eva began her journey with a deep love for fashion and aesthetics, later gaining experience in London’s creative industry.
In 2012, amidst Greece’s economic crisis, she launched 10AM, choosing to stay and build something of her own. Today, she continues to lead the agency with a close-knit team, working on high-end fashion and creative projects across Greece and beyond.
Dimitris Karampatakis | Founding Partner, K-Studio
Dimitris Karampatakis is the co-founder and director of K-Studio, an architecture and design practice. He studied at the Bartlett School of Architecture and, after completing his studies, returned to Athens where he founded K-Studio together with his brother.
The studio is known for its context-driven approach to architecture, with a strong focus on enhancing the user’s overall experience and enjoyment.
